You are required to visit us, in person with your child, before we can accept your registration.

​

There is a £20 registration fee payable per family

​

For children in the EYFS age group, please ask us for an EYFS "All About Me" form. This must be filled in and returned before your child's first session.

​

For children with additional needs or for children with an EHCP, a Medical Care Plan, a Behaviour Plan or a One Plan, please ask us for a SEND "All About Me" form. This must be filled in and returned before your child's first session. A risk assessment will be completed on initial visit to determine the level of care/needs required for your child.​​

If your child requires medication whilst at club, please read our medication policy. We cannot accept unnamed or loose medication. Medication must be signed in, each time, on arrival with your child.

Our clubs are funded by Essex Short breaks. If you don't currently have an Essex Short Breaks Passport number, please click here to take you to the registration page. Once on this page click continue - you will receive a confirmation number once your registration is complete and then an Essex Short Breaks Passport number shortly afterwards, this could take a few days. You will need the diagnosis letter to register.
