Any child and / or a member of their household experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, or where they have come into contact with anyone who then received a positive test, must self-isolate and advise club co-coordinator if they have been attending clubs or activities.
Notification from the Track and Trace service must be reported and individuals should self-isolate as advised. A confirmed place at club may be withdrawn in these circumstances and attendance can resume after the isolation period where there are no further symptoms or notifications
The current guidance states that we can operate with multiple groups of up to 15 children, plus a member of staff in the same shared space, with distancing between the groups.
We will seek to keep children in consistent groups, as far as possible, and frequently review these groups to minimise the amount of mixing, which we are able to do as generally we have the same set of children on days of the week. children from different schools will not share cars.
